    20g green onion

    10ml Shaoxing wine

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon chicken essence

    1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

    1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • ·
    Barbecue seasoning to taste

    1 teaspoon cooking oil (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Clean 300g of chicken livers, removing any membranes, and blanch them in a pot of water.

Step 2

Add green onion, ginger, Shaoxing wine, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Boil until the livers change color, then drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, pour in a suitable amount of cooking oil, add green onion, ginger, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of chicken essence.

Step 4

Mix well with your hands and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F) and place the marinated chicken livers inside. Set the timer for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the livers halfway through and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning to ensure even heat on both sides. The livers should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Step 7

Once done, remove the livers and let them cool slightly before enjoying!
