- ·Vegetables (including lotus root, carrot, potato, small pumpkin, green beans)

- ·1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- ·Half tablespoon dark soy sauce
- ·1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ·Black pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into chunks, and cut the vegetables (lotus root, carrot, potato, small pumpkin, green beans) into your preferred shapes.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken: Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, half tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
