    200g chicken breast (cut into chunks)

    Vegetables (including lotus root, carrot, potato, small pumpkin, green beans)

Seasonings

    1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • ·
    1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • ·
    Half tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ·
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ·
    Black pepper (to taste)

    Cooking oil (a little)

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into chunks, and cut the vegetables (lotus root, carrot, potato, small pumpkin, green beans) into your preferred shapes.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken: Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, half tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add black pepper and a little cooking oil to the vegetables, toss evenly.

Place the vegetables into the air fryer, bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
