
Air Fryer Swordfish Recipe

- ·300g swordfish steaks
Additional Ingredients
- ·5ml corn oil
Seasonings
- ·¼ tsp black pepper sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Spray 5ml of corn oil on the oil absorbing paper.
Step 2
Place the swordfish fillets on the oil absorbing paper, making sure both sides come in contact with the oil.
Step 3
Spray a light coat of corn oil on the surface of the swordfish.
Step 4
Place the swordfish steaks into the air fryer, set the temperature to 200°C, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Flip the swordfish steaks and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 6
After cooking, sprinkle 1/4 tsp of black pepper sea salt evenly over the fish.
Step 7
Return the swordfish to the air fryer and cook for an extra 2 minutes to allow the seasoning to better blend with the fish.
Step 8
Remove the swordfish steaks and plate them. Ready to serve!
