INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·200g baby bok choy
- ·1 century egg
- ·5g goji berries
Additional Ingredients
- ·3 garlic cloves
- ·700ml bone broth
Seasonings
- ·1 small teaspoon of salt
- ·30ml cornstarch slurry
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare the Baby Bok Choy:
Wash 200g of baby bok choy thoroughly and cut it into long strips.
Step 2
Prepare the Century Egg:
Cut 1 century egg into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the Garlic:
In a pot, add 20ml of oil and heat over low heat. Add 3 garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the Bone Broth:
Pour in 700ml of bone broth. Once it comes to a boil, add the baby bok choy.
Step 5
Add the Century Egg and Goji Berries:
Add the century egg pieces and 5g of goji berries. Cook for 3 minutes until the baby bok choy becomes tender.
Step 6
Season and Thicken:
Add 1 small teaspoon of salt and 30ml of cornstarch slurry. Cook for another 30 seconds until the broth thickens slightly.
