- ·10ml olive oil
- ·2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ·1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- ·1/2 tablespoon sugar
- ·Black pepper salt to taste
- ·1 spoon of starch
- ·Appropriate amount of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare the sauce:
Put 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of white sugar, appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, 1 spoon of tomato sauce, 1 spoon of starch, and appropriate amount of water in a bowl, stir well and set aside.
Step 2
Processing tomatoes:
Wash and peel two tomatoes, then cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cook the pasta:
Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add 1 spoon of salt and 10ml of olive oil.
Add 200g of pasta, start the timer when the water boils again, and cook for 8 minutes.
After cooking, remove from the water, quickly rinse with cold water and set aside.
Step 4
Stir-fry minced beef:
Heat up another pan with oil, add 400g of minced beef, and stir-fry with a spatula to spread the beef evenly, until it changes color.
Step 5
Sauté to enhance flavor:
Add 1 spoon of minced garlic to the stir-fried minced beef and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. The aroma of minced garlic can add a unique flavor to the meat sauce.
Step 6
Make tomato meat sauce:
Add chopped tomatoes and fry until tomatoes are soft and juicy.
