DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Add 120g glutinous rice flour and 90g hot water into a bowl, stir evenly into flocs, and knead into dough.

Step 2

Take 17g of dough, knead it into a ball and flatten it.

Step 3

Brush oil on a frying pan, put the dough in, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Set aside.

Step 4

Pour 40g brown sugar and 100g water into a bowl, heat and stir over low heat until the brown sugar melts.

Step 5
