- ·120g Glutinous rice flour
- ·210g Room temperature milk
- ·1 piece egg
Additional Ingredients
- ·35g granulated sugar
- ·20g butter
- ·20g milk powder
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Beat an egg into a bowl, add 35g of sugar and mix well.
Step 2
Then add 20g butter and 210g room temperature milk and stir evenly until emulsified.
Step 3
Then add 120g glutinous rice flour and 20g milk powder, mix well and filter with a sieve.
Step 4
Take out the mold, brush a layer of softened butter, and pour in the rice cake paste.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
