
Easy Steps to Make Casarole with Ham Tomato

INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·100g noodles
- ·2 tomatoes
- ·2 pieces of ham
- ·2 eggs
Additional Ingredients
- ·10g green onions
Seasonings
- ·5g salt
- ·10ml soy sauce
- ·20ml cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cook 100g of noodles in boiling water until done. Drain and rinse with cold water, then place in a bowl.
Step 2
Score the tops of 2 tomatoes with an "X" and blanch them in boiling water for a few seconds. Peel the skin off and dice the tomatoes.
Step 3
Slice 2 hot dogs (about 100g). Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Step 4
Heat 20ml of cooking oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 5
Add a bit more oil to the pan, then add the diced tomatoes. Cook until they release their juices. Season with 5g of salt and 10ml of soy sauce.
Step 6
Add the hot dog slices and stir-fry for a minute. Then, add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the tomato, hot dog, and egg mixture over the noodles. Garnish with 10g of chopped green onions.
