INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·2 chicken thighs
- ·300g cooked rice
Additional Ingredients
- ·10g minced garlic
- ·1 onion
Seasonings
- ·15ml cooking wine
- ·30 ml soy sauce
- ·30ml oyster sauce
- ·5g sugar
- ·3g salt
- ·3g black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Carefully remove the bones from 2 chicken thighs and set them aside.
Step 2
Cut the deboned chicken thighs into evenly sized small pieces.
Step 3
Crush a few garlic cloves and finely chop them until you have about 10g of minced garlic.
Step 4
Take 1 fresh onion and chop it into chunks.
Step 5
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to the chopped chicken, and mix well.
Step 6
Heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they start to soften.
Step 7
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until it changes color.
Step 8
Finally, add 300g of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
