
Sweet and Sour Potatoes Recipe

- ·15ml cooking wine
- ·15ml Chinese black vinegar
- ·10ml soy sauce
- ·10g sugar
- ·Appropriate amount (for frying) vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Peel and cut the 2 medium potatoes into chunks, ensuring they are of even size for uniform cooking.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to around 70% hot (about 170°C-180°C), and carefully fry the potato chunks.
Step 3
Fry the potatoes until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside, then remove them and drain any excess oil.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix 15ml cooking wine, 15ml Chinese black vinegar, 10ml soy sauce, 10g sugar, and 20ml water to create the sweet and sour sauce.
Step 5
Add the fried potato chunks to the pan and pour the sweet and sour sauce over them, stir-fry on medium heat.
Step 6
Once the potato chunks have absorbed the sauce and released a fragrant aroma, remove from the pan and serve.
