
How to Make Chocolate Cheese

- ·20g cocoa powder
- ·30g Chocolate Crunchy Pearls
- ·160g glutinous rice flour
- ·20g corn starch
- ·220g milk
- ·15g butter
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Chocolate cheese filling step: Pour 250g cream cheese and 20g sugar into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Add 10g cocoa powder and 30g chocolate crispy beads and mix well.
Step 3
Put the chocolate sauce into the piping bag.
Step 4
Squeeze onto plastic wrap and shape into long square strips.
Step 5
Wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Pour 160g glutinous rice flour, 20g corn starch, 10g cocoa powder, 20g fine sugar and 220g milk into the chocolate mochi bowl and mix well.

Filter with gauze, cover with plastic wrap and poke small holes, and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.

Take out 15g of butter and melt it with the chocolate sauce.

Knead repeatedly until the dough is shiny and elastic.

Sprinkle glutinous rice flour on the surface and divide the dough into two halves.
