
Delicious Homemade Chocolate Triangle Muffins Recipe
One lazy afternoon, I looked at the chocolate in the cupboard and had an idea. I remembered my childhood love for muffins and decided to combine the two. After many attempts and adjustments, the chocolate triangle muffin was born. Now I invite you to taste this sweet result with its unique appearance and rich taste.
INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·2 Eggs
- ·140g Milk
- ·110g Low-gluten flour
Additional Ingredients
- ·3g Baking powder
- ·20g Cocoa powder
- ·120g Whipping Cream
- ·10g Oreo crumbs
- ·30g Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Mix 2 eggs, 20g sugar and 140g milk.
Step 2
Add 110g cake flour, 3g baking powder and 20g cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a frying pan and fry over low heat until the surface is free of air holes.
Step 4
Scoop out, shape into triangle while hot, let cool and set aside.
Step 5
Get a bowl, add 120g whipping cream and 10g sugar and beat until it becomes cream.
Step 6
Squeeze the cream into the prepared muffins and sprinkle with appropriate amount of Oreo crumbs.
