DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cake batter making:
Emulsify and mix: Mix 65g milk tea and 50g corn oil evenly until emulsified.
Add flour: Sift in 55g low-gluten flour and gently stir until there is no dry powder.
Mix with egg yolks: Add 5 egg yolks and continue to stir until the mixture has no particles.
Whipping egg whites: Take another bowl and whip 5 egg whites and 50g white sugar until small pointed hooks form.
Mix batter: Take half of the whipped egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste and gently stir evenly.
Baking: Pour the batter into a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Forming: Take out the baked cake batter and press it into four round cakes of different sizes for later use.
Step 2
Whipping black tea cream:
Mix materials: Take 180g whipping cream, 15g white sugar and 2 packs of black tea.

Step 3
Whipping matcha cream:
Mix materials: Take 250g whipping cream, 12g white sugar and 8g matcha powder.
Whip until small pointed hooks form: Whip until the cream forms a small pointed hook and set aside.
Step 4
Cake assembly:
Lay the bottom layer: Take the largest round cake and squeeze a layer of black tea cream on it. Put a layer of strawberry jam and strawberry cubes in the middle.
Repeat laying: According to the size order, stack four layers of cake in turn. Squeeze black tea cream and lay strawberry jam and strawberry cubes between each layer.
Step 5
