- ·1 cup cola (240 ml)

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Pour a pot of clean water into the pan and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Put 8 chicken wings in and blanch for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oil pan, put 10 grams of white sugar in and keep stirring until it melts completely.
Step 4
Pour the chicken wings into the pan and stir-fry.
Step 5
Put 10 grams of red shallots, 10 grams of ginger and 10 grams of garlic cloves which have been cut into pieces into the pan and continue to stir-fry.
Step 6
Stir-fry until one side of the chicken wings turns slightly golden yellow, and then put 5-6 dried chili peppers in and stir-fry.
Step 7
Add 5 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of cooking wine and 5 grams of barbecue sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water, and the amount of water should cover the middle part of the chicken wings. At the same time, add 2 grams of salt.
