
Simple & Refreshing Cold Tofu Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·300g Tofu
- ·20g peanut
Additional Ingredients
- ·10g garlic
- ·10g onion
- ·5g chili powder
Seasonings
- ·15ml vinegar
- ·15ml light soy sauce
- ·10ml sesame oil
- ·50ml oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Tofu treatment:
First, cut 300g of tofu into slices about 0.5 centimeters thick. Ensure that the tofu slices are uniform in size.
Step 2
Prepare all seasonings:
Clean 10g of garlic and 10g of scallions and cut them into minced respectively.
Chop the peanuts.
Step 3
Blanch the tofu:
Put an appropriate amount of clear water in a pot and bring it to a boil. When the water boils, put in tofu slices and blanch for 2 to 3 minutes. When the surface of tofu slightly hardens, take them out and drain for standby.
Step 4
Make sauce:
Pour 50 milliliters of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add minced garlic and chili powder and stir-fry until the fragrance is released. Then add vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil and peanut crumbs in turn and stir evenly.
Step 5
Drizzle and mix well:
Evenly drizzle the sauce on the tofu slices and then gently turn the tofu slices to make them fully coated with sauce.
Step 6
Final decoration:
Finally, sprinkle a layer of scallion blossoms on the tofu and it's done.
