Main Ingredients
- ·200g oyster mushrooms (torn apart)
- ·2 eggs (beaten)
Additional Ingredients
- ·1 green chili (cut into sections)
- ·1 red chili (cut into sections)
- ·10g green onion (chopped)
- ·10g garlic (chopped)
Seasonings
- ·10ml soy sauce
- ·10ml oyster sauce
- ·Salt to taste
- ·3g chicken powder
- ·Cooking oil to taste
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
After the water boils, put the prepared oyster mushrooms in, blanch for 1 minute, then remove and drain the water for later use.
Step 2
In another pan, pour in the beaten eggs, scramble and cook, then set aside.
Step 3
Leave some oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion and garlic, and quickly stir-fry to release the fragrance.
Step 4
Add the green and red chilies, stir-fry until they are just tender.
Step 5
Add the blanched oyster mushrooms and cooked eggs.
