
Coral Crystal Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·1 white radish (about 200g)
- ·200g hawthorn cake
Additional Ingredients
- ·Osmanthus syrup (to taste)
Seasonings
- ·15g sugar
- ·30ml rice vinegar
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Peel the daikon radish and slice it into thin pieces, about 8 cm long.
Step 2
Cut the 200g of hawthorn jelly into strips and set aside.
Step 3
In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the daikon radish slices and blanch briefly. After the water comes to a boil again, remove the radish and rinse in cold water to cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix 15g of sugar and 30ml of rice vinegar to make the sweet and sour sauce.
Step 5
Lay the blanched radish slices flat, place the hawthorn jelly strips on top, and roll them up to form the crystal rolls.
Step 6
Drizzle the sweet and sour sauce evenly over the rolls, then add a little osmanthus syrup to taste.
