Main Ingredients
- ·250g corn kernels
- ·1 carrot
- ·1 lettuce
Additional Ingredients
- ·20g garlic
Seasonings
- ·5g salt
- ·2.5g sugar
- ·10ml starch water
- ·30ml cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Pretreatment of ingredients:
First, peel and wash carrots and lettuce and cut them into dice; peel garlic and cut it into minced garlic; choose fresh corn or canned corn kernels for corn kernels.
Step 2
Blanch corn kernels:
Add about 700ml of clear water to the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Put the corn kernels in and blanch for about 1 minute. Then take them out and drain the water.
Step 3
Stir-fry vegetables:
Pour 30ml of cooking oil into the pot and heat it over medium heat. After the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry to release the fragrance; put diced carrots and lettuce into the pot and stir-fry continuously for about 1 minute to make the vegetables initially heated and softened.
Step 4
Add corn kernels:
Pour the blanched corn kernels into the pot and continue to stir-fry evenly with diced carrots and lettuce.
Step 5
Seasoning:
Add 5g of salt and 2.5g of sugar for seasoning and continue to stir-fry to make the ingredients fully absorb the taste of the seasonings.
Step 6
Thicken and collect the juice:
Continue to stir-fry until diced carrots and lettuce are fully cooked. Add 10ml of starch water for thickening and stir-fry quickly and evenly to make the soup thick and wrap it on the ingredients. Then it can be taken out and served on a plate.
