    300g leftover rice

    3 eggs

    100g garlic chives

    80g carrots

    100g cucumber

    20g green onions

Seasonings

    5ml white vinegar
  • ·
    20ml oil
  • ·
    5g salt
  • ·
    10ml soy sauce

    5g oyster sauce
  • ·
    5ml sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Prepare the Rice: Place 300g of leftover rice in a large bowl and use chopsticks to break it apart.

Step 2

Prepare the Eggs: Beat 3 eggs with 5ml of white vinegar until frothy. Mix half of the egg mixture with the rice until well combined.

Step 3

Chop the Vegetables: Dice 100g garlic chives, 80g carrots, and 100g cucumber. Chop 20g green onions.

Step 4

Cook the Eggs and Rice: Heat 20ml of oil in a pan. Add the remaining beaten eggs and cook until set. Add the rice and stir-fry until the grains are separate.

Step 5

Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Stir in the diced garlic chives, carrots, and cucumber until cooked. Add 5g salt, 10ml soy sauce, and 5g oyster sauce. Mix well.

Step 6

Finish and Serve: Add the chopped green onions and drizzle with 5ml sesame oil. Stir-fry briefly, then serve hot.
