
Delicious & Crispy Homemade Egg Roll Recipe
When I was a kid, my mom would always fry me a golden and crispy Egg Roll on weekend mornings . One bite of the delicious Egg Roll would bring a slow sense of happiness . Now I have learned how to make it myself. Today, let’s reveal my Egg Roll recipe!
INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·2 egg
- ·5 pieces (larger) Pork Belly
- ·4 pieces lettuce
Seasonings
- ·3.5g salt
- ·15g minced garlic
- ·20ml tomato sauce
- ·40ml Oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare egg liquid: beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2.5g salt and stir.
Step 2
Fry the egg pancake: Pour oil into a hot pan and shake it evenly. Pour the egg liquid and spread it flat. Fry for 2 minutes, add some oil, turn it over and fry for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and repeat to fry the second one.
Step 3
Prepare the pork belly: Heat a pan and pour a little oil in it, then put 5 slices of pork belly in it. Fry each side for 40 seconds until it changes color, then turn it over. Add minced garlic and 1g salt, stir-fry for a few times and remove from the pan.
Step 4
Trim the omelette: cut off the irregular edges of the fried omelette.
Step 5
Assemble the ingredients: Place two pieces of pork belly and 4 leaves of lettuce on the omelette.
Step 6
Roll up the pancake and serve: Roll up the pancake, cut it in the middle with a knife and serve.
Step 7
Finish with sauce: Pour some ketchup on the cut burritos.
