- ·10g garlic
- ·5g chili powder

- ·15ml steamed fish soy sauce
- ·700ml oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Ingredients preparation: Wash the cucumber, remove the melon sac and cut into 6 cm long strips, cut the dried chili into 1 cm segments, cut the scallion into 3 cm segments, and cut the garlic into 2 mm thick slices.
Step 2
Heat oil: Pour about 700ml of oil into the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the cucumbers: Put the cucumber strips in oil and fry for 30 seconds then quickly remove them.
Step 4
Stir-fry the ingredients: Leave a little oil in the pan, add peppercorns, garlic slices, dried chili segments and scallion segments and stir-fry.
Step 5
Return to the pan for seasoning: Pour in the fried cucumber strips, add 2.5g salt and 5g chili powder and stir-fry evenly.
Step 6
