DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Ingredient preparation and preliminary processing:

Cut 50 grams of carrots and 10 grams of green bell peppers into small particles respectively.

Mince 200 grams of pork belly into fine minced meat.

Step 2

Make meat filling:

Put the minced meat into a bowl, add 3 grams of salt, 5 milliliters of light soy sauce, 5 milliliters of cooking wine and a little egg white, and stir well with chopsticks or hands.

Step 3
