Step 1

Prepare ingredients:

Remove the seeds from 300 grams of pumpkin and cut it into uniform strips. Prepare 5 salted egg yolks.

Step 2

Steaming salted egg yolks:

Pour 800 milliliters of hot water into the pot. Put in a steaming bowl. Put the salted egg yolks into the pot and steam them over water for 10 - 15 minutes until they are completely cooked.

Steaming pumpkin:

Put the cut pumpkin strips into a steaming bowl and steam them for about 3 minutes until the pumpkin becomes slightly soft.

Coating with corn starch:
