
Simple Homemade Egg Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·50g red pepper
- ·50g green pepper
- ·50g carrot
- ·50g sour kimchi
- ·50g onion
- ·3 eggs
Additional Ingredients
- ·30g flour (3 tbsp)
Seasonings
- ·2.5g salt (0.5 tsp)
- ·40ml oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Wash the red pepper, green pepper, carrot, pickles and onion thoroughly, then cut them into small pieces about 0.5 cm in size, so as to make them more delicious.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat in 3 eggs, then add the diced red pepper, green pepper, carrot, onion and kimchi, stirring well to coat each ingredient with egg mixture.
Step 3
Next, add 3 tablespoons of flour and half a teaspoon of salt to the bowl and beat again until the batter is smooth and grain-free.
Step 4
Preheat the pan and pour in 20ml of oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the batter. Remember to drizzle some oil on the side of the pan while frying so that it does not stick.
Step 5
Fry for about 90 seconds, see the bottom of the omelette formed, quickly roll long strips, fry for 1 minute, you can fish out.
Step 6
Pour another 20ml of oil into the pan and cook the second omelette in the same way as before.
Step 7
Once the second omelette is ready, let it cool slightly, then cut it into small pieces with a knife and serve on a plate.
