Next, sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper and olive oil on the surface of the Wagyu beef ribs and marinate for 20 - 30 minutes.

Then heat a pan, pour a little oil, put in the beef ribs, and fry each side for 2 - 3 minutes to fry a beautiful brown color.

Then put it in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. You can choose the degree of doneness according to your own preference.

After baking, take out the Wagyu beef ribs and let them stand for 5 minutes to redistribute the meat juice. Cut and plate them. Then pour on the juice from frying the meat and you can enjoy this delicious dish!

Can you pan fry Wagyu steak?

You can of course pan fry wagyu steaks. It is very easy to fry wagyu steaks in a pan.

When cooking Wagyu beef, no matter which method you choose, you should control the amount of salt. If you add too much salt, it will cover up the delicate and pure meat fragrance of Wagyu beef.

How to cook Wagyu rump cap steak?
