Once, I spotted a fluffy pancakes at a street-side shop, and its adorable appearance was simply irresistible. I bought one to try, and the sweet aroma burst on my tongue, instantly lifting my spirits. Ever since then, I’ve fallen in love with it. Today, I’m sharing my pancakes recipe with you all—give it a try!
INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·200g cake flour
- ·10g baking powder
- ·2 eggs
- ·160g milk
Additional Ingredients
- ·40g sugar
- ·1g salt
- ·10g butter (for mixing)
- ·10g lemon juice
- ·30g butter (for cooking)
- ·50g honey (optional, for serving)
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 200g of cake flour, 10g of baking powder, 40g of sugar, and 1g of salt. Mix well.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs, 160g of milk, 10g of melted butter, and 10g of lemon juice to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Strain the batter through a sieve, then pour it into a skillet over low heat.
Step 4
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 5
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking the pancakes as you go.
Step 6
Top with a pat of butter and drizzle with honey before serving.
