
Jade Tofu(Tofu with Vegetables)
Today I am going to share a classic Chinese delicacy of mine - Jade Tofu! I remember when I was a child, my grandma always used this dish to coax me to eat. The tofu is smooth and delicious. Come and try making this delicious dish with me!

- ·5-8 garlic cloves
Seasonings

- ·50ml of oil
- ·70ml of chicken soup
- ·15ml of oyster sauce
- ·10ml of dark soy sauce
- ·3 grams of sugar
- ·0.5g of pepper
- ·20ml of starch water
- ·5ml of sesame oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Ingredient processing: Cut 250 grams of detailed tofu into 2 - 3 centimeter blocks; wash the yellow pepper, green pepper, and red pepper and cut them into 1 centimeter square dice. Mince the garlic. Cut 50 grams of lettuce into triangular slices 0.3 - 0.5 centimeters thick. Cut the other half of lettuce into the same size as the diced colored peppers.
Step 2
Ingredient blanching: Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, add 10 grams of salt and 10 milliliters of oil. Bring to a boil over high heat. First, put the lettuce slices in and boil for 1 minute, then take them out. Then put the tofu blocks in and boil for 2 minutes. Take them out and drain.
Step 3
Heat oil and sauté until fragrant: Start another pot, put 40 milliliters of oil, and heat over medium heat. Put minced garlic in and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir-fry the ingredients: After the minced garlic is fragrant, quickly pour the diced lettuce, yellow pepper, green pepper, and red pepper into the pot and quickly stir-fry with a spatula.
Step 5
Season and blend: Pour in the boiled tofu, add 70 milliliters of chicken soup, 15 milliliters of oyster sauce, 10 milliliters of dark soy sauce, 5 grams of salt, and 3 grams of sugar. Stir evenly and then cook for 1 minute.
Step 6
Thicken and enhance fragrance: Put in 0.5 gram of pepper, 20 milliliters of starch water, stir until the soup is slightly thickened. Drizzle 5 milliliters of sesame oil and stir-fry a few times before serving.
