
Savory Lemon-Infused Chinese Fried Chicken

- ·500g Chicken Thigh
- ·1 Lemon
Additional Ingredients
- ·Half onion
- ·3g Chili
- ·1 root coriander
- ·5g Minced garlic
Seasonings
- ·2 Scoops Light Soy Sauce
- ·1 Scoop Old soy sauce
- ·1 Scoop Fuel consumption
- ·1 Scoop starch
- ·1 Scoop Black pepper
- ·1 Scoop sea salt
- ·10ml Cooking Oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Wash and bone 500g chicken thigh and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of starch, 1 spoon of black pepper and 1 spoon of sea salt, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Slice and seed 1 lemon and cut half an onion into strips.
Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken thighs and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Step 5
Add minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.
Step 6
Add half a spoonful of sugar, appropriate amount of lemon, chili pepper and coriander and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
