Hi, I'm Lonnie. I graduated from Jinan University in China with a degree in culinary and nutrition education, specializing in Chinese cuisine, and am good at Shandong, Sichuan, Guangdong and Hunan cuisine. I will present the food making process and experience to everyone through videos and articles, so that more people can understand Chinese food culture, and I also hope to help more people master some Chinese cooking skills.
