- ·5g chives
- ·5g ginger
Seasonings
- ·5ml cooking wine
- ·8ml soy sauce
- ·5g cooking oil
- ·10g barbecue seasoning
- ·1 scoop cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Clean the pork chops:
Wash 400g pork chops, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare marinade:
Add 5g scallion segments, 5g ginger slices, 5ml cooking wine, 8ml light soy sauce, 5ml cooking wine, 10g barbecue seasoning and 1 spoon of cornstarch to the pork chops, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Put it into the fryer:
Put the marinated pork chops into the air fryer, and make sure to place them evenly to avoid squeezing each other and affecting heating.
Spray the surface of the pork chops evenly with oil.
Step 4
Turn over after baking:
Set the air fryer to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
