INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·200g sugar-free marshmallows
- ·85g milk powder
- ·150g dried mango
Seasonings
- ·50g butter
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Melt the butter:
Put 50g of butter into the pot and stir over low heat until the butter is completely melted.
Step 2
Melt the marshmallows:
Add 200g sugar-free marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until the marshmallows are half melted.
Step 3
Mixed milk powder:
Turn off the heat, quickly pour 85g of milk powder into the pot, stir quickly and thoroughly to ensure that the milk powder is evenly mixed with the butter and marshmallows.
Step 4
Add dried mango:
Cut 150g dried mango into small pieces and pour into the pot. Stir again to make sure the dried mango is evenly distributed in the mixture.
Step 5
Moulding and shaping:
Sift an appropriate amount of milk powder into the baking tray to prevent sticking. Then pour the mixed mango milk cake ingredients into the baking tray. While it is still warm and plastic, quickly shape it into a flat and firm shape.
Step 6
Dust with flour, cool and cut into pieces:
Sprinkle a layer of milk powder evenly on the surface of the milk cake and let it cool, or put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
After it has completely cooled and set, cut it into even-sized pieces and the mango milk cake is ready.
