- ·110g butter
- ·45g powdered sugar
- ·1 egg yolk
- ·100g low-gluten flour
- ·25g coconut flour
- ·10g matcha powder
- ·100g cream cheese
- ·8g matcha powder
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cookies: Mix 70g softened butter and 30g sugar, then add 1 egg yolk and mix well.
Step 2
Then add 100g low-gluten flour, 25g coconut powder and 10g matcha powder, mix well and form a dough.
Step 3
Place it on wax paper and shape it into long strips. Freeze it for half an hour and then take it out and slice it.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Step 5
Cheese: Take 100g cream cheese, 40g softened butter, 15g sugar and 8g matcha powder and mix well.
Step 6
Squeeze the cheese evenly on the cookies made in advance.
