INGREDIENTS

Main Ingredients

  • ·
    250g salmon
  • ·
    200g oranges

Additional Ingredients

  • ·
    50g bacon
  • ·
    30g onion
  • ·
    20g spinach

Seasonings

  • ·
    80ml water
  • ·
    70ml olive oil
  • ·
    5g butter

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Wash 250g of salmon and cut it diagonally into pieces; wash 200g of oranges and cut them into small pieces. Add 80ml of water and put them in a juicer to extract orange juice for later use.

Step 2

Wash 50g of bacon and 30 onions and cut them into dices. Wash 20g of spinach and cut it into sections about 3 - 4 centimeters long.

Step 3

Pour 40ml of olive oil into the pot and heat it over medium heat until the oil smokes. Put the salmon pieces in and fry them on both sides for about 1 minute and 30 seconds over medium-low heat until the salmon turns golden brown.

Step 4

Pour 30ml of olive oil into the pot again and heat it over medium heat. First, stir-fry the bacon cubes for 1 minute, then quickly put in the onion cubes and stir-fry. Pour in the spinach sections and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Take them out and set aside.

Step 5

Pour the orange juice into the pot and bring it to a rapid boil over high heat. Put in 5g of butter and keep stirring. Turn off the heat after the butter is integrated into the orange juice.

Step 6

Spread the fried bacon, onion, and spinach on the bottom of the plate. Place the fried salmon pieces neatly on top. Finally, evenly pour the cooked orange juice over the salmon and side dishes to complete the preparation.
