INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·300g salmon
Additional Ingredients
- ·1 lemon
- ·10g ginger
- ·10g garlic
Seasonings
- ·5g (one spoon) pepper
- ·1g salt
- ·10g (half a spoon) honey
- ·40ml olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Ingredient processing:
Wash lemon, ginger and garlic separately and mince them. Take 15g of lemon for reserve. Score evenly on the back of salmon, with a depth of one-third of its thickness.
Step 2
Make sauce and marinate:
Mix 15ml light soy sauce, 5g pepper, 10g minced ginger, 10g minced garlic, 1g salt and 10g honey to make a sauce. Pour it on the salmon and spread it evenly. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Frying process:
Pour 40ml olive oil into the pan. Heat it over medium heat and then put the marinated salmon in. Fry one side with medium-low heat for about 1 and a half minutes until the surface is golden and slightly elastic. Turn it over and fry for about 1 and a half minutes until it is eight minutes cooked.
Step 4
Final flavor enhancement:
When the salmon is eight minutes cooked, pour in the remaining marinade to make it fully absorb the taste. Finally, sprinkle 15g lemon zest and plate.
