
Crafting Delicious Pork Noodles

Main Ingredients
- ·200g lean pork
- ·300g fresh noodles
Additional Ingredients
- ·1 cilantro stem
- ·10g garlic
Seasonings
- ·10g cornstarch
- ·5g salt
- ·3g MSG
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the lean pork into thin pieces. Mix the pork slices with a bit of cornstarch and a small amount of water until well-coated, then set aside. Wash and finely chop the cilantro, green onions, and celery, and set them aside as well.
Step 2
Cooking Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add fresh noodles and let them cook until the water starts boiling again. Repeat this process a few times. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in a bowl. Top with a bit of crispy garlic bits.
Step 3
Blanch the Pork Slices: Keep the water boiling in the pot. Add the pork slices and blanch them for about 30-40 seconds. Season with a bit of salt and MSG during this time. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the water and place it on top of the noodles.
Step 4
Finish the Soup Noodles: Add the chopped cilantro, green onions, and celery to the bowl. Pour in some salt broth to taste. Your lean pork clear soup noodles are now ready to serve.
