DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Process purple potatoes:
Wash 200 grams of purple potatoes and cut them into pieces. Put them in a steamer and steam until cooked.
Mash them into a fine puree with a tool and set aside.
Step 2
Marinate raisins:
Take 20 grams of raisins, pour in 20 milliliters of brandy, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes for later use.
Step 3
Mix ingredients:
Add 15 grams of mayonnaise and 15 grams of sugar-free yogurt to the purple potato puree and stir well.
