Put the pears into a stew pot, pour about 100ml of red wine first, add 40g of rock sugar, and stir well with a spoon.

Then continue to pour 200ml of red wine into the stew pot to ensure that the red wine covers about two-thirds of the pears.

Cover the stew pot and turn to low heat and simmer slowly for twenty minutes.

When the simmering is over, turn off the heat. Carefully scoop out the red wine juice in the pot with a soup spoon and set it aside. Then take out the stewed pears with purplish-red color from the pot and place them on the cutting board.
