
Super Easy and Fail - Safe! Rice Cooker Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

- ·25g diced onion
- ·4 slices ginger
- ·2g chives
Seasonings
- ·1 spoon of starch
- ·1 spoon of sugar
- ·1 tablespoon cooking oil
- ·1 tablespoon rice wine
- ·1g salt
- ·1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ·1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ·1 spoon dark soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Wash the chicken and add ginger, starch, sugar, cooking oil and rice wine.
Step 2
Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
After the chicken is marinated, pour it directly into the rice cooker.
Step 4
Press the cooking button and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce: Add onion pieces to a bowl, pour hot oil on it, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, and mix well.
Step 6
When the chicken is cooked, pour the scallion oil sauce evenly on it, sprinkle with chives, and continue to simmer for 1 minute.
Step 7
Open the pot and the delicious scallion chicken in the rice cooker is ready.
