    3 Eggs (150g, beaten)

    50g Flour
  • ·
    50g Cornstarch

    10g Chopped Parsley

    5g Black Pepper

    5g Sea Salt

    10g Salt

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Take out 12 chicken wings and poke small holes with a toothpick to make it easier to taste.

Step 2

Add 5 slices of ginger, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of pepper and salt, and appropriate amount of black pepper and sea salt and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Fried chicken powder: Mix flour and starch in a ratio of 1:1, add 1 spoon of pepper and salt powder and mix well.

Step 4

Take out the chicken wings and coat them with egg liquid and fried chicken powder, and put them into the air fryer in turn.

Step 5

Spray a layer of oil on the surface of the chicken wings and bake at 180 degrees for 22 minutes, turning them over halfway.
