DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Steam 200g of potatoes until tender, then mash them into a smooth paste.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 80g of sausage, and 10g of chopped green onions. Mix well.
Step 3
Add 1g of black pepper and sea salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into small patties using your hands and press with a fork to form the shape.
Step 5
Place a layer of parchment paper at the bottom of the air fryer and arrange the sausage patties evenly, leaving space between each.

Brush each patty with a thin layer of oil, set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F), and cook for 20 minutes.
