One time while camping, I had limited ingredients, so I made a fried rice dish using leftover rice and seaweed. I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise, the fresh flavor of the seaweed blended perfectly with the rice—it was amazing! Today, I’m sharing this seaweed fried rice recipe with you all.     100g Luncheon Meat
  • ·
    2 Eggs
  • ·
    250g Rice
  • ·
    15g Crushed Seaweed

Seasonings

  • ·
    1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ·
    1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • ·
    1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • ·
    ½ tablespoon Sugar

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Cut the luncheon meat into small pieces.

Step 2

Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl until well mixed.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and scramble until cooked. Set aside.

Step 4

Fry the luncheon meat until golden brown on the outside.

Step 5

Add the scrambled eggs, rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until well combined.

Step 6

Add an appropriate amount of crushed seaweed and stir well. Serve immediately.
