One bite at a time, and you will feel so happy! Come and learn to make this irresistible delicacy with me!
INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- ·1 root banana
- ·5 Spring roll wrapper
- ·200g Shrimp
Additional Ingredients
- ·15g coriander
Seasonings
- ·5g Salt
- ·2g pepper
- ·10ml Cooking wine
- ·1000ml Oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Ingredients preparation: Peel the banana and cut into small dices; cut the spring roll wrapper into noodle-like thin strips; use a toothpick to remove the shrimp thread, then smash it and chop it into shrimp paste.
Step 2
Seasoning with shrimp paste: Put the shrimp paste into a bowl, add 5g salt, 2g pepper, and 10ml cooking wine, and stir evenly with chopsticks.
Step 3
Wrap the filling and shredded spring rolls: Use a spoon to take an appropriate amount of shrimp paste, put small pieces of diced banana in the middle and wrap it completely, then roll it on the spring roll shreds to make the shrimp balls evenly coated with the spring roll shreds, and follow these steps for the remaining shrimps.
Step 4
Preparation for frying: Pour 1000ml of oil into the pot and heat over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the oil temperature reaches the appropriate level.
Step 5
Fry the shrimp balls: Put the coated shrimp balls in one by one and fry them. Use chopsticks to gently turn them over from time to time to ensure even heating.
Step 6
Remove from the dish and place on a plate: When the shrimp balls are fried until golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with coriander for garnish.
