
Shrimp with Tomato Sauce

- ·10g Garlic

- ·30ml Cooking oil
- ·15g Tomato sauce
- ·3g Salt
- ·3g Sugar
- ·5ml Shaoxing wine
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Remove the whiskers from 300g prawns, make a slit on the back and remove the shrimp intestine.
Step 2
Cut 10g red bell pepper into granules. Flatten 10g garlic and mince it. Mince 10g onion.
Step 3
Heat an oiled pan. When the oil is heated to 70% hot, add the prawns and fry until cooked. Remove them.
Step 4
Heat 15ml cooking oil in a pan. Add minced garlic, minced onion and red bell pepper granules. Stir-fry for a while.
Step 5
Add 15g tomato sauce and stir evenly.
Step 6
Add 3g salt, 3g sugar and 5ml Shaoxing wine. Stir-fry for a while.
Step 7
Add the fried prawns and stir evenly. Dish out.
