
Steamed Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms

- ·60g soaked shiitake mushrooms (remove stems and cut into pieces)
- ·Half a chicken (cut into pieces)
Additional Ingredients
- ·10g ginger (cut into shreds)
- ·10g spring onion white (cut into sections)
- ·5g goji berries (washed)
Seasonings
- ·3g salt
- ·10ml cooking wine
- ·5ml soy sauce
- ·10ml fish sauce
- ·10g cornstarch
- ·10ml cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Soak 60g dried shiitake mushrooms, remove stems and cut into pieces. Cut 10g ginger into strips, 10g green onion whites into sections, and cut half a chicken into pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the chicken pieces, add ginger strips, 3g salt, 10ml cooking wine, 5ml soy sauce, and 10ml fish sauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Add 10g cornstarch, mix well, then drizzle in 10ml oil and continue mixing.
Step 4
After marinating for 30 minutes, add shiitake mushrooms, green onion sections, and 5g cleaned goji berries. Mix well.
Step 5
Place the mixed chicken pieces into a serving plate.
Step 6
Pour hot water into a pot, and place the serving plate into the steamer.
Step 7
Steam for 15 minutes over water.
