DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Ingredient pretreatment:

Cut 250 grams of tofu into uniform small pieces; finely chop 50 grams of preserved mustard greens.

Chop 100 grams of lean pork into minced meat; make 10 grams of garlic into minced garlic and cut 10 grams of ginger into small diamond-shaped slices.

Cut 10 grams of scallion white into sections and 10 grams of scallion leaves into chopped green onions, and set aside on plates respectively.

Step 2

Season minced meat:

Add 3 grams of white sugar, 2 grams of salt, 5 milliliters of soy sauce and 5 milliliters of Chinese cooking wine to the minced meat and stir well.

Then add 5 milliliters of cooking oil and mix well. Let it stand and marinate to make it flavorful.

Step 3

Stir-fry minced meat:

Pour 15 milliliters of oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the cut ginger, scallion and garlic. Stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Pour in the marinated minced meat and quickly stir-fry until the minced meat changes color. Take it out and drain the oil for later use.

Step 4

Prepare for steaming:

Put 400 milliliters of clear water in the pot and put on a steamer rack. Make sure the water does not exceed the steamer rack. Place the cut tofu pieces neatly on the steamer rack.

Evenly spread the stir-fried minced meat and chopped preserved mustard greens on the tofu and smooth it out to make the ingredients evenly distributed.

Step 5

Steaming and serving:

Cover the pot and steam over medium heat for 30 minutes.

After steaming, open the lid and sprinkle with chopped green onions for decoration. Then it can be served on a plate and enjoyed.
