Step 1

Peel 2 (about 400 grams) sweet potatoes and cut them into strips about 5 centimeters long.

Add hot water to the pot, put the sweet potato strips on a plate and steam them over high heat for 10 minutes until cooked.

Use tongs to take out the sweet potatoes.
