
Tofu With Ground Pork Oyster Sauce Chinese

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cut the tender tofu into small pieces of uniform size.
Step 2
Wash and cut the green onions into sections, and mince the garlic cloves for later use.

Prepare oyster sauce
In a small bowl, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of starch, a little salt and an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and make oyster sauce.

Fry tofu
