INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients

- ·200g kelp
- ·500g Ribs
Seasonings
- ·10g ginger
- ·15g onion
- ·20ml Cooking wine
- ·7g Salt
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Ingredients preparation: Cut the white radish into slices, and cut the kelp into slices. At the same time, prepare appropriate amounts of ginger slices, green onion segments and processed ribs.
Step 2
Blanch the ribs: Take a pot, pour enough hot water, and put the ribs in. After the water boils again, cook for a while, skim off the foam on the surface of the ribs, then remove the ribs and drain the water.
Step 3
Stew the ribs: Wash the pot, add clean water again, put in the blanched ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and stew for about 60 minutes.
Step 4
Add seasoning: Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices and scallion segments to the pot where the ribs are stewed, and continue to simmer over low heat to allow the ribs to fully absorb the aroma of these seasonings.
Step 5
Add radish and kelp: Put the cut radish and kelp slices into the pot, and simmer them with the spareribs on low heat to allow their flavors to blend together.
Step 6
Season and serve: Add one and a half spoons of salt to the pot, stir evenly, turn off the heat after boiling , and serve the delicious white radish, kelp and pork ribs soup.
